Colombia La Espana
This coffee was grown by Dunberney Cifuentes at Finca La Espana. During cherry-picking, special attention was paid to selecting only the ripest cherries. Once picked, the cherries were then fermented underwater for a period of 14 hours. Then the whole cherries were placed on raised beds for a period of 25 days until ideal moisture content was reached.
Flavours of different fruits and subtle sweet notes, like blueberry, tropical fruits & stone fruits, with hints of pistachio to finish.
Altitude 1600-1700 MASL
