Dominican Republic Cibao Altura


Due to Cibaos’ proximity to the North Atlantic ocean and the mountain ranges, coffee harvesting begins in August and finishes in February. The distribution of rain and sunshine all year long allows for 4-5 bloomings of varying intensities which in turn makes coffee growers and pickers return five to six times, on average, to the same tree.


Sweet smooth character with a soft acidity and velvety mouthfeel. Toffee and hazelnut notes in the finish.
