Guatemala Jesús Ruiz
An avid producer, Jesús has been harvesting coffee now for more than 25 years, but in 2018 his focus shifted to specialty coffee. In the first year they planted 100 coffee trees and with a little more effort the following year 500. After 2 years, Jesús and his wife Ana planted another 500 with the goal to keep planting 500 plants every year.
Notes of cacao nibs, walnut, sticky caramel and berries, with a lingering brown sugar sweetness.
