Punjabi Chai Tea
Notes of cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, natural vanilla,
crushed almonds, citrus peel. Combining both ground and hand-crushed
whole spices with black tea for strength and colour in milk.
Time: Midday, afternoon, evening
Sugar: Tolerable or a little honey if desired
Brewing: Pour water at 95°c over 5g of leaves per pot; infuse for 3 min.
